Deborah Siefkin

As a Lifestyle Coach and a REALTOR® she is uniquely qualified to help her clients decide to love their home or leave it!

Deb specializes in LifeStyle Communities. LifeStyle communities generally have a theme that their community is built around plus planned community activities. For instance Harvest in Argle/ Northlake area features a garden plot on each homesite and has a master gardener onsite to help families learn to grow their own food as well as planned family activities. While Pecan Square In NorthLake, focuses on having a Home Town flare and various activities that appeal to Seniors, Singles and Families.

Deb first learned about LifeStyle communities by moving to one. She lives in Robson Ranch, TX an Active Adult Resort Community.
Her question was what do YOU do once your children are grown and productive adults?
Or if one is over 40 without children under 19?

Married with 3 adult children and 6 grandkids, she is currently "living the dream" at "The Ranch".Traveling, wine tasting, gourmet groups, social clubs, churches and more all in one community!
